WHAT: Say hello to your new best friend; all lovely, soft and gentle, it's Yin Yoga. A yoga practise that will leave you feeling balanced and calm. During this 90minute workshop we will be holding postures for several minutes, allowing our connective tissue to be stretched and strengthened whilst facilitating a deeper connection to the self through breath. As we enter into a new month, you wanna head in feeling calm and refreshed. Did we mention, you'll be calm? p.s. bring pillows and a blanket.
