‘BRING YOUR OWN BABY’

Got a new addition to the family and have no idea where to fit in your endorphin pick me up? We’ve got your back (…your pelvic floor, core and more). Classes dedicated to bringing your little one with you. All babies welcome up to 12months. How does it work you ask? You workout while your little one plays in a baby-friendly environment on your mat as well as forming part of your workout…feel the burn!

Why not come and see for yourself? PLUS, it’s a great way to meet other parents!

BYOB CLASSES

  • A low impact, full body workout using ballet and pilates inspired exercises to strengthen, tone and rebuild all the key areas.

    Tuesdays | 11:00am-11:45am

  • We can barre-ly believe it. A full-body workout, the ballerina-way. Low-impact class using ballet-style exercises to tone, strengthen and rebuild all the key areas.

    NOTE: You can have babies in carriers or on the floor for this class.

    Thursdays | 11:00am-11:45am

FAQs:

  • Can I bring a buggy? Yes, we have room to store buggies in our reception

  • What shall I bring for the baby? Bring a blanket/towel for them to lie on. We’d suggest a few toys to entertain them, if you’d like!

  • Can I feed at the studio? Absolutely! If the baby needs a feed, the baby needs a feed. You can feed in the class or if you’d feel more comfortable, you can also sit in the reception area.

  • What if my baby cries? They’re babies, they’re going to cry! We don’t mind at all - you can do as much or as little of the class as you like. We include the babies throughout the session, so you can pick them up and include them as, it’s great for parent and baby bonding!
