Ok, so you might get a bit sweaty. But a little sweat never hurt nobody, right? These sessions will get that heart rate up and make you enter your BEAST mode. Whatever mode that is..!

We offer the following fitness classes at OTR:

  • Rebounce

  • Dance Cardio

  • 80s Aerobics

  • Barre Beats

  • Tabata & Tone

We have a wide variety of these 45minute classes from dance combos on rebounders to 8,000ish leg pulses at the barre. Our fitness classes are all levels and open to everyone.
